My 6 Favorite Nutribullet Recipes for Smoothies

Favorite Nutribullet Recipes for Smoothies Berry Smoothie

I have been a huge fan of smoothies for as long as I can remember. There are so many different smoothie combinations that you can try and there are just as many healthy yet tasty options! I’m sharing some of my favorite Nutribullet recipes with you so that you can try them, too!

There are numerous blenders out there so, even though I am focusing on the Nutribullet, it doesn’t mean that you have to. You can definitely use a VitaMix, Ninja, or whatever blender that you may have for these recipes.

Smoothies can be so versatile. You can make a smoothie for breakfast, a snack, and even dessert. Also, if you aren’t a fan of vegetables, it is a great way to incorporate them without even noticing!

Some of the recipes below are pretty basic, but that is also why I love them. They are easy, tasty, and mostly all healthy. I really just eyeball the ingredients and add based on taste which is what you can do, too! It’s easier this way in my opinion so you don’t have to bring out the measuring cups and everyone’s taste is different.

Nutribullet Recipes

Berry and Spinach Smoothie

Favorite Nutribullet Recipes for Smoothies Berry Smoothie

  • Frozen Raspberries
  • Frozen Blackberries
  • 1 Banana
  • Spinach
  • Activia Yogurt in the Mixed Berry Flavor
  • Almond Milk
  • Chia Seeds

You may be thinking why I am adding spinach to a perfectly good berry smoothie. While I actually like the taste of spinach alone, I am not adding it for the taste in this smoothie. A handful of spinach won’t be tasted at all in this, but it does add the nutrients! I add the chia seeds either to the top or mixed in there.

Note: I use frozen berries because I typically like my smoothies to be cold and thick. It also means I don’t have to add ice! You can use fresh berries or freshly frozen berries!

Tropical Smoothie

  • Frozen Strawberries
  • 1 Mango
  • 1 Banana
  • Almond Milk
  • Chia Seeds

This is definitely one of my favorite Nutribullet recipes because it is literally heaven in a cup. It is so good and all of the flavors taste amazing together. You can substitute the almond milk for strawberry and banana juice for more of a tropical twist!

Watermelon and Kiwi Smoothie

  • 2/3 Medium Slices of Watermelon (preferably frozen a day in advance)
  • Frozen Strawberries
  • 1 Kiwi
  • Fresh Mint (optional)

The perfect summer smoothie! You can also add some chia seeds here to help make it more filling. This is also a good weight-loss smoothie! Some people prefer to add a pinch of pepper for added flavor/kick? I have never tried it, though.

The Green Drink

  • 2 Celery Stalks
  • 1 Green Apple
  • Spinach
  • Avocado (optional)
  • Almond Milk (can substitute with water or regular milk if desired)

To be honest, before I first tried this one, I wasn’t too sure that I would like it. However, it is not bad! I try to drink it at least once a week because it has a lot of crucial nutrients that also help if you aren’t feeling too good.

Refreshing Pineapple Smoothie

  • Chilled or Frozen Pineapple
  • ½ Cucumber
  • Spinach
  • Almond Milk (can substitute with coconut water)

This one is incredibly refreshing! I am not a big fan of coconut water, which is why I prefer this smoothie with almond milk.

Breakfast Smoothie

  • Oats
  • 1 Banana
  • A Dash of Cocoa Powder
  • Almond or Peanut Butter
  • Almond Milk
  • Cold Coffee

A great on-the-go or just a quick breakfast! I usually don’t eat breakfast (unless I go to brunch), but this is something that I will make when I have a long day ahead of me. It has everything – protein, sweetness, caffeine, and it’s SO good!

Note: for any of the recipes, you can always add your favorite mix-ins like protein powders, nuts, etc.

I am always experimenting with new smoothie combinations and with the Nutribullet you can pretty much blend anything. I have so many favorite Nutribullet recipes and picking only 6 was tough, but these are the ones I find myself making the most!

What are some of your favorites?

Let me know!
